How do the marketing subscriptions work?

Each month, the amount of credits you have chosen to buy throughout your subscription will be added to your account. Each of our marketing services is worth a certain amount of credits, and you can select which services you would like to use each month. If you run out of credits in one month, you’ll need to wait until the start of the next to use more.

If you don’t quite use up all of your credits in one month, you can roll over up to 25 credits.

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer three plans: six months, twelve months and twenty-four months. The longer you sign up for, the more cost effective your subscription becomes.

Can I sign up through your website?
Due to the nature of our work, we need to meet with each of our clients in person before signing anyone up. This is so that we can discuss your goals and make sure that we are a right fit for each other.
How much do credits cost?

Credits are available from 25 up to 500 per month and the cost varies depending on which plan you are on. There is a minimum monthly purchase of 100 credits. You can see our pricing below:

How many credits is each of your services?

As you can see from our client list, we work with a very varied range of companies, and each of those has very specific requirements. When you first sign up, we will go through all of your potential marketing requirements and assign an amount of credits to each service, depending on how long they will take. Are there any other costs?

If you sign up for a six month plan, there is an additional sign up fee of £450. This covers the cost of the consultation time when you first come on board. This fee is waived on 12 month and 24 month plans, but you will be charged this fee if you decide to cancel early.

Can I just hire you to do a one off project without signing up?
All of our clients have to sign up to one of our plans. We decided to build our business on this model for a number of reasons, many of which benefit you as a customer. It also enables us to grow our business more securely and take on the best talent available. You will also find that our services are much more cost effective than those of more traditional agencies.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Should you wish to, you can cancel your subscription with one months notice. You will be charged for the final month’s credits (as we will have left space in our bookings for them) and, for those on 12 or 24 month plans, your signing up fee which was waived at the beginning of your contract. Do you work with start ups?

Do you have a photography studio?

No, all of the photography work we do takes place on location, although we can hire studio space should it be required.
