We were recently lucky enough to shoot a true modern classic for a new client of ours that is launching a brand new business in the automotive sector. We are building the company’s new website and, as with most of the websites we develop, the site is going to be visually led, and feature lots of bespoke photography created by us.

The project involved us photographing lots of very nice, very fast and very expensive automobiles. One of the vehicles we shot was this beautiful example of Subaru’s Impreza P1.

The Impreza needs no introduction, and many consider the P1 to be the best version of the model ever built. Developed as a joint venture between the Japanese manufacturer, Oxfordshire-based Prodrive – the people who helped Subaru to international rally success – and Subaru UK, the P1 (Prodrive One) was offered as a two-door saloon. It featured a revised version of the rally-going engine and developed no less than 280bhp, that’s 69bhp more than the standard Impreza. Only 1000 P1’s were ever produced.
